How do I install the dispensers?
We make installation simple! Before you install your dispensers, make sure to review our installation guidelines page here. You can find video tutorials and installation guides to help you get started.
What if I can’t make a purchase with a credit card / need to use a purchase order (PO)?
If you cannot purchase Aunt Flow dispensers or period products online with a credit card, you have a few options:
- Register for an online business account and select “Purchase Order” as your payment method. Once your account is approved, you will be able to order online with your payment terms.
- Book a meeting to discuss your order with our sales team using the "Meet With Sales" link on the page.
- If you are experiencing technical difficulties when checking out online, then please email hello@goauntflow.com.
Which bathrooms should we stock with period supplies?
We recommend stocking every female-identified and all-gender or family bathroom with period supplies. A disposal bin will also need to be provided in the stalls. If stocking every bathroom isn’t possible, we recommend using our free signage templates to help people easily find where period products are available.
Can refills be automatically delivered on a monthly or yearly basis, or do we have to order them manually each time?
Setting up a refill plan is a smart idea! We can do a delivery cadence from every one to six months. Each product can be shipped at different frequencies, so if you go through tampons faster than pads, for example, you can set your subscription to ship tampons more frequently. You can log into your account and make adjustments or cancel your subscription at any time. It's SUPER customizable! Just be sure to “upgrade to a subscription” before you check out. What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of Aunt Flow products, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you have unopened products you can’t use, we recommend donating them to a local nonprofit or organization in need.
If products are damaged or do not meet your expectations, please fill out our contact form, and we will respond on a case-by-case basis.
Do Aunt Flow dispensers work with another brand of tampons or pads?
Aunt Flow dispensers only work with Aunt Flow period product cartridges! Using another brand of tampons or pads in an Aunt Flow dispenser will break the machine.
What if my organization is tax-exempt?
If your organization is tax-exempt, we recommend registering for an online business account or contacting our sales team. Website prices include taxes unless your business account has been approved for tax-exempt purchasing.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Large dispenser orders or custom requests may take longer — you will receive shipping updates after your order is confirmed.
Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
